WASHINGTON (IWR News Parody) – To surprise of almost no one, except the Washington press corps, President Bush yesterday selected a "good ol’ boy just like me" John G. Roberts for his supreme court nominee.

"I really had you guys like Rush Limbaugh and Pat Robertson going there for a while, didn’t I?

You all thought I was going to nominate a colored person like Fredo or worse yet another goddam woman to the high court.

Hell, every man knows you can’t trust women drivers let alone woman judges," said Mr. Bush.

The president then laughed and snorted several times like a pig through his nose.
