Oklahoma Farmer Executed For Kerry Vote

BEAVER, OK (IWR News Parody) – Gaylord Bode was executed by a firing squad in Beaver today for casting a vote for John Kerry in the 2004 general election.

Mr. Bode maintained his innocence until the very end claiming that he really meant to vote for Bush and that he hit the Kerry button by mistake.

Unbeknownst to Bode, the Diebold E-Voting machine he used was hooked up to a siren and flashing lights which were triggered by a vote for John Kerry.

Bode was the 297th person to be executed for voting for Kerry this year in Beaver.
