Condoleezza Rice Is Czarina for a Day

MOSCOW (IWR News Parody) – Russian President Vladimir Putin today made U.S. National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice ‘Czarina for a Day’ of all of Russia. As part of her duties, she knighted several oligarchs, pledged Russian troops to serve in Iraq and renamed St. Petersburg to Condiville. Ms. Rice also received several special prizes including a set nesting dolls, a years supply of borsch and a toaster oven built from an old ICBM Thermonuclear warhead.
