THE DEAD SEA, JORDAN (IWR News Parody) – Secretary of State Colin Powell and Jordan’s King Abdullah were unaware that their candid comments about President Bush were being recorded at the World Economic Forum in Jordan.  When asked about what reporters are now calling ‘Bananagate’, Scott McClellan denied the allegations and said he thought the staff only changed the newspapers in the Oval Office once a week.  “That’s what it smells like to me anyway. Also, I’ve never personally witnessed Mr. Bush eat a banana in there although I have seen him on his Banana Phone many a time,” said McClellan.
