WASHINGTON (IWR News Parody) – Tom Ridge leads a round of applause for the San Diego Chicken.  Earlier President Bush announced that his close friend,  the San Diego Chicken, would be the postwar Viceroy of Iraq.  "The people of Iraq will need a compassionate leader with a sense of humor who understands what it’s like to lose the World Series or a War for that matter," said Mr. Bush.
