Hatch Testifies In Support of Anti-Spam Legislation

WASHINGTON, DC (IWR Satire) - Senator Orrin Hatch (R, Utah) testified in support of anti-spam legislation before congress yesterday. Hatch stated that he and several other senators had found spam email ads claiming to increase penis size to be patently false.

"Like many of my close senate colleagues, I ordered these so-called miracle pills in good faith.  After taking the 'Ratchet Up' penis enlargement pills for three months, my Dilly-ho-ho, if anything, appears smaller!  What an outrage!  I say we give these spammer bastards the death penalty," said Mr. Hatch is a state of simulated outrage.

The senate then voted 97-0 to restrict e-mail ads.
