Project Management Conference Cancelled Due to Scheduling Conflict
Redmond (IWR Satire) - For the seventh year in a row, the Institute for Project Management's "ProjMan 2002" Conference had to be cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. "I can't believe it. I really thought we were going to meet our deadline this year. I even bought a PERT chart add-on for Microsoft Project and everything. But the next thing you know, all the hotels and conference rooms are booked up because Comdex is in Vegas the same week. Man, like that just blew a big hole in our critical path," said Mr. Hamsterbeak, who is a Senior Project Manager with Microsoft. |
