Washington - First Lady Laura Bush announced a new program based on volunteer contributions that would sponsor air drops of delicious individually wrapped MoonPies to the starving war victims of Iraq.  "Let Iraqi peoples first taste of freedom be an all American marshmallow filled treat, the MoonPie," said Mrs. Bush.
