Toledo, OH (IWR Satire) - Professor Morton Milkweed of University of Toledo was the first scientist in Ohio this year to completely reinvent the wheel.  "I used to apply for grants that tried to make and test innovations in the field of industrial psychology, but I found that it is a heck of a lot easier to get funded for just reinventing the wheel," said Dr. Milkweed.
