WASHINGTON (IWR News Parody) - Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld today admitted that he and his senior staff really can't make heads or tails out of these Internet Flash cartoons all his troops seem to be watching these days. "I tried watching these damn Weebl and Homestar Runner cartoons, but I never seem to get the punch lines. I don't even know what the hell a flash is, goddammit! I mean whatever happened to good old fashion cartoons like Popeye and Betty Boop anyway," said a perplexed Mr. Rumsfeld.
