Ichiyusai Hiroshige - Wikimedia, UK Site and Visipix [Bio 1797-1858]
The more I look at Hiroshige's woodblock prints the more enchanted I become.  Today while browsing through images on Wikimedia, I noticed the wonderful print below, which I had not seen or noticed before.  The beauty of this artwork has totally captivated me for moment at least.  I can see how an artist like Van Gogh was impressed by Hiroshige's colors and designs in the 19th century, because Hiroshige's images are still just as powerful today as they were 150 years ago if not even more so!
