Majority Leader Tom Fingers Delay was arrested today for shop lifting a bottle
of bourbon at a local Washington, DC Safe Way grocery store.
The
congressman from Texas has apparently been struggling with severe case
of
kleptomania for many years now. Delay,
who is know to have no shame, was also
rebuked
several times recently by the House ethics committee for related
psychopathic
behavior. |
